When we arrived in Yakushima we picked up our rented car. There is a bus but it doesn’t go everywhere and would take a long, especially when we aren’t here long. The first thing we did afterwards was go on a five hour hike.
Next stop: Yakushima National Park
It took us about five hours all told. My knees are killing me and it was amazing.
We also saw some monkeys just vibing by the road.
We went to this natural hot spring afterwards when it was dark. You can only take photos with consent and there were many people so here’s the one from google images. It was amazing.
