I got into dumpster diving

I got into dumpster diving last year after reading The Anarchist’s Guide to Travel and being prompted to read:

The book was a fairly useful if at times dated, primer for dumpster diving. Armed with this basic knowledge I went out with a friend for my first dive.

  • We found a lot of chocolate
I became an elite dumpster gargoyle
  • We found a hot tub
  • dug through a deli dumpster
  • but the real trash was the friends we made along the way.

I’d recommend digging around in trash, it’s fun, you find useful stuff, good food and valuable treasures.
